A group of tibbie lovers have joined together and set up a fund to rescue tibbies in need.  We will use these pages to highlight those rescues and to keep everyone informed of what is happening  This rescue group is headed by Donna Etchison, detchison@sbsglobal.net.  Anyone wishing to donate to the fund should contact Donna.
